Full plant room refurbishment and replacement of 2MW of oil-fired boiler plant for a 1600 pupil secondary school and sixth form.
University Sports Science Block
A new 700m² infill extension to provide a sports science teaching spaces and sports fields. We were appointed to for detailed mechanical and electrical design to the new extension and the sports fields, carrying a full psychrometric analysis of the laboratory requirements.
The Coach House
The listed building built as coach house and stables features stone exteriors, slate roofs, a central archway with clock tower, round arched windows, ionic column flue stacks and central courtyard.
